Because many of our pieces are custom-crafted to your selected fabrics and measurements, we recommend carefully reviewing important details such as Header Style, Measurement Guidelines, and Memory Training instructions before placing your order. To ensure the perfect choice, we also encourage ordering Sample Books in advance so you can confirm the color, texture, and opacity of your selected fabrics.

If you experience any product discrepancies resulting from our production process—such as sizing inaccuracies, fabric defects, or material issues (including fabric fraying within six delicate washes)—please notify us within 30 days of delivery.
Our quality assurance team will review the matter and offer one of the following solutions, according to your preference:
✓ Full product remanufacture using premium materials
✓ Custom adjustments to achieve the correct fit or finish
✓ Replacement with an alternative product of equal value
Fabric Selection Adjustments
If you find that the selected fabric does not meet your expectations after delivery, please notify us within 30 days. We will gladly assist by offering:
✓ Complimentary fabric swatch samples to help refine your selection
✓ Product remanufacturing using your newly selected fabric
✓ A reasonable remanufacturing fee to cover production and shipping costs
Measurement Adjustments
If a product does not fit properly due to measurements provided during ordering, our team is still here to help. Within 30 days of delivery, our specialists will:
✓ Carefully review the measurement discrepancy
✓ Work with you to determine the best adjustment solution
✓ Provide professional sizing guidance for any future orders
Return Request Timeline
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return. We recommend inspecting your items promptly upon delivery.
Once your return request has been approved, our team will provide the return shipping address via email.
Return Shipping

If a return is due to an error on our part (such as incorrect product or confirmed quality issue), a full refund will be issued.

If the return results from buyer-related reasons (such as ordering the wrong product or general dissatisfaction), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a 25% restocking fee will be applied.
We do not charge restocking or administrative fees for approved returns.
Refund Processing
After returning your item, please email our support team with your tracking number so we can monitor the shipment.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and it typically takes 7–10 business days for the funds to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost during transit, we will immediately work with the shipping carrier to locate it. If the package cannot be recovered, we will gladly arrange a replacement shipment for your order.
