Cancellation Policy
At Marble & Oak, each order is carefully prepared to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail. Because many of our products are made specifically for you, our cancellation guidelines vary depending on the type of item ordered.
If you need to make changes to your order, we encourage you to contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible. We will always do our best to assist you.
Standard Products
(Sample Books, Curtain Rods, Tracks, and other Ready-to-Ship Items)
Orders for standard products may be canceled at any time before they leave our warehouse for a full refund.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. At that stage, cancellations are no longer possible.
If you need assistance after shipment, our team will be happy to guide you through the return process in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Made-to-Order & Custom Products
(Custom Curtains, Shades, and Personalized Items)
Because these pieces are crafted specifically to your selected fabrics and measurements, production begins shortly after an order is placed.
Within 24 Hours of Order Confirmation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 Hours
Once production preparation has begun and materials have been allocated, cancellations may still be requested but will be eligible for a 50% refund to account for production and material costs.
Order Modifications
Changes to measurements, fabrics, or design details may still be possible depending on the stage of production. Additional fees may apply.

Custom orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
